SignsAndStickers.com provides custom signage and related products. We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue products without notice
  • Limit quantities available for purchase
  • Refuse service to anyone for any reason
  • Update pricing at any time

3. Orders and Payment

Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Product availability issues
  • Errors in pricing or product information
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Content that violates our acceptable use policy

Payment

Payment is required at the time of order. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed during checkout. All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise stated.

Custom Products

Custom-designed products are made to your specifications. Please review your design carefully before submitting your order, as custom products cannot be returned or refunded due to customer design errors.

Production Adjustments to Artwork

By placing an order, you authorize SignsAndStickers.com to make minor adjustments to your artwork when needed for production. Print production has real-world tolerances — registration drift, trim variation, and bleed requirements all mean a design that looks perfect on screen sometimes needs a small nudge to print cleanly on physical material.

Adjustments we may make without contacting you:

  • Shifting elements that fall too close to the trim or bleed edge (typically by less than 1/8")
  • Small scale tweaks (under 5%) to ensure content fits inside the safe printable area
  • Rotating or repositioning to align with cut lines and material grain
  • Background extension to provide bleed where artwork ends at the canvas edge

Changes we will NOT make without contacting you first:

  • Font substitutions or text content edits
  • Color changes beyond standard print profile conversion
  • Removing, replacing, or restyling design elements
  • Any change that meaningfully alters the visual intent of your design

Before adding to cart, you'll be shown a final proof of your design to review and approve. If you'd prefer we contact you before making any production adjustments — even minor ones — reply to your order confirmation email and let us know.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times and costs vary based on your location and selected shipping method. While we strive to meet estimated delivery dates, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carrier delays
  • Weather or natural disasters
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by customer
  • Customs delays for international orders

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products:

  • Custom-designed products are non-refundable
  • Defective or damaged products will be replaced or refunded
  • Claims for damaged items must be made within 14 days of delivery
  • Please include photos of any damage when contacting us
